community tips!
I just realized i have become this community junkie..its awfull.
So i thought i make it less awfull if all you guyes could go and register everywere to :D
So here we go...
Internet Diary www.blogger.com ofc ^^
Training Diary (in swedish though) www.piggelino.se
Food diary (in swedish to *grins*) www.netdoktor.se
Its realy good here u get tips about how u realy stupid and should continue to be ^^
on Piggelino u get every damn training tip u can ever want..how u train u legs the best way if u want legs that looks like this and that..i think ½ damn community is ppl that work as PT and have to little clients..*laughing* oki im joking..but anyway..realy good tips and then one just needs to check what sutes u best.
and netdoktor is a community where u can write down everything you eat and how mutch u move / day and it calculates out how mutch calories u should eat..and how mutch u have eaten (meal by meal and day by day) here u ofc get a lot of nice recepies and support in your weightloss. like it or not..since teh first day i got run over by 10 ppl telling me what to do and not to eat *laughing* but they nice, and most of the tips was actually good so..no complains :)
