Body looking for new owner...
Oki..this about me training 5 days in a row is a
..uhm..BAD..oki..no its a great IDEA.
But in IRL it actually hurts like hell.
And why is this..well because I cant take it freaking easy!!!
sunday..lifted weights and took a bit more than I usually do..FUN
monday..combat..omg..best evah so I kicked "zombies" screamed and had to drink like 2l of water..+ we were at Stefans house so...i kinda didnt eat anythign untill several hours afterwards *blush*
tuesday..I went for Pump..and 17kg on legs for 10 mins with 15 sec break in total can kill anyone.
So I went for my old weights and I actually managed..this i do feel today I can tell you.
Todays combat..HURT! PAIN!! is words that is before this..HELL Im going thorough now.
I mean Im sure my body hates me by now..
Atleast Centi bought me a kebab..I ate like ½ of it..took a bath and now im going to go die on my bed..tomorrow is combat again.
Will I survive?
I mean I cant stop now..that would be..uhm..soft and stupid..and Im neither..so I just go and kill my body totally. *cheer*
I mean..catching up 4 months of irregular training is not going to happend in one week. Give me 4 months more of this.
Anyway..It only hurts the first week...I hope??! O_o
