Xa to the vets...
So we started up the new month with going with Xa to the vets for her knee surgery.
She has a ligament in her right back knee that needed fixing.
The orotoped was really nice and was surprized over the dogs health due to her magnifical age of 10.
On the 2/7 we got to pick her up. She was a bit sad and was weeping the entire way home.
And when comming throught hte doors she just pushed her head between my legs and screamed it all out.
Poor puppy, not easy to have so many different ppl doing things with you and you dont even understand where mommy and daddy went.
Anyway now she is not allowed to move pretty much 4x5min/day walks.
She will demolish our home, she is used to a lot more exersize.
Good thing is that she is now walking on her leg..she did that the same sec we came for her at the vets.
The Dr told us agout an other german sheppard that was jumping arround on three legs after same surgery. that dog is not going to have it easy.
Next week Xa gets to do 4x10mins and she can start up with her swimming aswell :)
Also next week we are going to the summer house so it wont be easy to keep her away from the water as she is only allowed to swim at the wets pool..not in a lake due to the risk of infection.
Otherwise shes doing fine and wants to walk and run more than she is allowed to so we have to keep her in a leash constantly.
