Oki..training calendar is started to become less empty.
Gym 3-4 times a week.
Low pulse 1-2/week and high pulse training 2 times/week.
Diet is high protein lower carb..sugars OUT!
Measurements taken....GFG!!!
Im going to run "VårRuset" the 8/5
Its 5km and i just HAVE to manage take my self that distance in 30min
or im going to be veryvery dissapointed with my self.
so far trained 0h 0 min 0 sec in the running part but...
..if i want something just bad enough..i can do anything i want.
Its proven before :)
