Training after vacation
shit i can barely move..:S
I started with a 6 day in a row gym thingy..start
sun 2/9 with MRL
3/9 Combat
4/9 Pump
5/9 Bicycle
6/9 MRL
7/9 Pump
and today Combat again.
I actually got a question the other day..what my goal was with my training.
And i dont know..sounds kinda silly but i dont..
I train 4-6 days /week and have no goal in why i do it..
I do it because its fun, gives me energy, makes me stop thinking of my life for an hour and it makes me feel good and helpes my body to keep up with everything i want to do.
But i have no goal..do one realy need to have a goal?
cant i just train because its fun and i like it?
