Springgrass on training camp

Day started with Breakfast...

Youghurt wth Müsli and some black bread with ham and juice to that.

After the food we hit the gym..

time for BodyPump70.

Spring is really good..Im not only surpriced but very proud of him..he has managed to come along inmy training schem without whining even a little.

Sushi debut for Spring after pump, he thought it was slimy...:S so not sure hes going to agree on trying it again..but brave boy to try and ones again..no complaining! Gotta lub him :)

Then home..guess who is sleeping atm? I think the Pump class managed to kill the poor boy ^^

Anyway..I will be dragging him out of bed shortly..we have a bodycombat class to atttend and then some gym..before we hit "Lasses på Heden" and eat a Gothenburg special meal ("Halv Special with Pucko"...c pic) and then were off ot the Cinema to watch Harry Potter.

I will gove you full review tomorrow whns Spring has a day off..menaing no training and he is able to relax some :) He should enjoy it as long as it lasts..sat its bck to bodycombat and after that some gym again^^ Im unsure if we are to carry him and his bags onboard the train home on sunday..that remains to c...Spring is the best! *hugs*
