BodyCombat 38
We had a trial at the gym today..our instructor is to travel to Oslo the comming weekend to teach a class the BodyCombat 38 moves and wanted to try it out with us first.
This time its hard like hell..for even my shoulders :S
Ive been running Combat 37 with wrist werights now for a few weeks and I beliave that I have gotten a bit stronger in my shoulders due to that..but this choreography killed them totally. (could also been the Pump class I did 2h before..but...naaaah ^^ )
Though I reacted on the music..the first 4 songs are pure "lollipop" music and not as hard as it usually is..the last ones are as hard as expected when someone is kicking your face in :D
An other thing was that the choreography was actually pretty hard to follow..(Could ofc be the lollipop music but..) I actually had a hard time following in some of it...though the capoera part has killed my ass..I can barely sit today *cry*
Overall..fun and a little different :)
Looking forward to the release...(need to find that tracklist)
