Chat with my boss over the phone
Every year Im having a yearly conversation with my boss atAdecco and also with the client..
to get feedback in what I need to do better and what Im doing good.
The past 3 years has been only..what I do good and very little of what I do bad..compaired to the years before that has been the oposite.
Yesterday I had my telecon with my client.
It started with.."I love having you in my team, everyone loves to have you in the company"
according to the nordic manager (my "boss") the entire company loves my passion and ability to get people to work and enjoy there jobs. Also it has apperently been recognized that I have a great sence of responsibility to the people (my team) and as stated my team loves me :D
It feelt like sitting in 30 mins of a total egoboost *blush*
and then it came...
"I know that we having problems hiring you at this point due to the market situations but..PLEASE DONT GO AWAY!!!" I think he sayed it 3 times during out call..almoust begging.
And then the interesting part started..
I told him that Im not going anywere I love the company, the people and my job! But I am curious of the plan he has. my assigment was to organize, fix and look thorugh so my team is a nordic one..to get the countries to have a dialog in between them selves and now Im almoust there..
My boss knows Im restless adn I stated it to him..after that..what happends then?
He smiled a little over the phone and he sayed "I have plans for you..as soon as we get you hired and beliave me..everyone is doing there best to get you in..even the global HR manager and our UK/Nordics boss(my bosses boss), then we will have a personal career paln set up for you. You will be able to handle issues atleast on mine or UK/Nordics lvl.
/FAINT...I still cant beliave it...I still cant beliave it all goes so well for me at this point.
I cant beliave that I finally found..found a place..wehre Im appriciated for my drive..Im loved for my will to learn, sort adn find solutions instead of knocked down and asked to stay in a low profile.
I love my job..I love my boyfriend..I love my dog, my friends, my furniture, my life..in general..can it even be better?!?!
YEs..I get that damn appartment that I love aswell..then Im as happy as I can be..I think ^^
So then I can go and die..Ive done it all..got it all and been happy..what more does life have to offer? :P
Ill stay arround and find out..it might get even better!!
