New Challange
I have been talking a pretty long time about the need to put onmore weight when Im training Pump.
I have been at 17,5 kg (on each side) for several months now..ofc after Japan and my other breaks I have gone down to 15 kg a few times but not for long.
Now after Japan I dont even get aches anymore, so something had to be done.
Last tuesday I managed to put one one more kg on the barbell but it still didnt feel.
So today I took on the challange...20kg (on each side) and I managed.
My body was truly exhausted after the Pump and this evening i have Combat (as always on thursdays) its Combat 40 and I know how dead I was week ago when I tryed it last time.
Good thing tomorrow is a rest day..hopefully not my final one ^^
