Its not easy to be the only sane person in the world when the americans (among with coca cola comp) Is trying to gain even more money and ppla re so damn stupid they rather drink coke than water..and who blames them..damn water in bottle is often prec. as pricy as Fanta or Sprite or Coke. and since that actually tastes something an usually is even cheaper than water Im not that surpriced that they rather drink that chemical shit.

Reminds me of the realy stupid film "Idiocracy". ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0387808/ )They watered the plants with Mountain Dew because it was sheaper than water and then they wondered why all the plants died. That would be a blast..but then again the sacaros industry owns most of the world so...it aint impossible u know.

We can move all those stupid ppl to the new planet that would be nice..just a planet full of sane ppl and when we want a good laugh we can go to the otehr planet and get us a good laugh :)

collaboration problems at work, HELP!

What to do one do when u supposed to plan a whole meeting with the company board and end up doing it all alone without the other person understanding that she hasn’t been in any help?

Ok this is the scenario.
Jenny and Eva at my workplace has been planning the past 3 mouths tis big meeting with ppl from all over Sweden. In total 33 persons..hotell reservations, lunch places, flight/train tickets, clothes and transportation so they can go out to visit a curtain railroad mileage.
So anyway it was a bit of doing before the meeting..

When all the ppl arrived alst Friday hell broke loose. Eva was not at the office and so Jenny was all alone in preparing everything + taking the guest when they arrived.
So I had to jump in and give a hand in the preparations of the meeting.
U know all the important “breakfast sandwiches and coffee” thingys ^^
And when I was standing there filling upp coffee into thermos bottles I realized that they actually prolly have forgotten to fix coffee to the trip aswell…they ordered buns to the trip but prolly no coffee :S

So I asked Jenny and she sayed that Eva was supposed to call the office near the railway mileage that they were supposed to look at, but Jenny wasn’t sure it was done.
I called..and no Eva had forget to call so it was a good thing since it’s a very small office and they don’t have mugs or coffee machine that can handle 33 ppl.

So I stood there one hour making coffee..then an additional hour cleaning out the mess after their breakfast after they left. And somewhere 5 min before the group takeoff Eva showed up and can u believe it she actually clapped Jenny on the shoulder and told her…well this is going very good.

Jenny was kind of upset at the moment and thought
–NO its not..Adina is downstairs making coffee for us to take away because u didn’t do your job!
Eva didn’t quite understand but ate her sandwich and run off. Rest of the meeting was fairly well but when they were supposed to leave on Saturday afternoon (they had the meeting 2 days fri-sat) one of the meeting delegates had to go to bathroom just when they were leaving so he asked Eva if she could just wait 5 mins.
AND SHE SAYED NO!!!! – No sorry 5mins..i wasn’t thinking of waiting that long but u can get the code to the alarm from Jenny and u can close up and put the alarm on when u leave. *grins*

OMG! That damn woman is out of her mind..who the F-ck puts a person from an other side of the damn country who is a guest at this office to put the alarm on?!? That code is like just a few ppl that knows about and is absolutely not allowed to get out since that means they can enter the office anytime doing anything without us knowing.
So when he asked Jenny for the code she sayed ofc shell wait for him instead..and Eva got late (as always) so she actually left with them anyway.

Since im me..i would have exploded on that women like 5 times in those 2 days and I already Friday morning could c poor Jenny climbing the roof because she was very frustrated with Eva’s lack of interest in the meeting arrangements. So I told her..to actually tell Eva how she felt about everything. Because then Eva can actually meliorate her behaviour til next time when shes put on the task to collaborate with an colligue in meeting arrangement. But Jenny is not going to do that :S
she thinks its no use since Eva doesn’t get it, she doesn’t understand she’s done something wrong.
What do you guy’s think? should she tell or not?

oki..Ive soon finnished to lend in the paperworks for last semester..and then im starting to write the new paper about Quality and work environment.
Its going to be a lot of school..and the paper must be in the 25/5.
This one IS going to be in...in time.
So i actually can have a sommer holiday for ones :)
Wish me luck..im gonna need it :S have kinda mutch in my life atm.

Oki..training calendar is started to become less empty.
Gym 3-4 times a week.
Low pulse 1-2/week and high pulse training 2 times/week.
Diet is high protein lower carb..sugars OUT!
Measurements taken....GFG!!!

Im going to run "VårRuset" the 8/5
Its 5km and i just HAVE to manage take my self that distance in 30min
or im going to be veryvery dissapointed with my self.
so far trained 0h 0 min 0 sec in the running part but...
..if i want something just bad enough..i can do anything i want.
Its proven before :)
