Copenhagen

So..been in copenhagen in this meeting..and what did 4h of meetings with 12 bosses get us..

well..we decided to hire 3 more ppl and have a workshop in Copenhagen next week...

meaning my last week before vacation I need to travel yet again for 3 days..And i thought i could work from home and just do as little as possible..sux :S

Well atleast im living in a great hotell..with gym and all..

To bad I cant eat 90% of the breakfast due to me beeing allergic to lactose :(

Oh my,
Ive been doing this diary writing for two years now..
From start very freqwent adn nowdays not so frequent *blush*

My life has actually changed a whole lot during theese two years.
Who would have guessed? I mean one thinks always life looks the same wake up go to work, make dinner, sleep...
ut when u actually sit down and think about it...

Nowdays, Im working as a cordinator on Shell Oil.
I managed to find love in life again uhm..1 month after my last love ended...
anyway..I still have my dog though ^^
And Xa is the best, shes had two sets of pups and she is now 7 of age. A Lady.

And we have moved from the Avenye to a crappy ghetto in the outskirts of Gothenburg.
But..sheap...big ass appartment and 12 mins into city central by buss.
So one cant complain to much. :)
And I have my bike so....

Body looking for new owner...

Oki..this about me training 5 days in a row is a

..uhm..BAD..oki..no its a great IDEA.

But in IRL it actually hurts like hell.

And why is this..well because I cant take it freaking easy!!!

sunday..lifted weights and took a bit more than I usually do..FUN

monday..combat..omg..best evah so I kicked "zombies" screamed and had to drink like 2l of water..+ we were at Stefans house so...i kinda didnt eat anythign untill several hours afterwards *blush*

tuesday..I went for Pump..and 17kg on legs for 10 mins with 15 sec break in total can kill anyone.

So I went for my old weights and I actually managed..this i do feel today I can tell you.

Todays combat..HURT! PAIN!! is words that is before this..HELL Im going thorough now.

I mean Im sure my body hates me by now..

Atleast Centi bought me a kebab..I ate like ½ of it..took a bath and now im going to go die on my bed..tomorrow is combat again.

Will I survive?

I mean I cant stop now..that would be..uhm..soft and stupid..and Im neither..so I just go and kill my body totally. *cheer*

I mean..catching up 4 months of irregular training is not going to happend in one week. Give me 4 months more of this.

Anyway..It only hurts the first week...I hope??! O_o

We ate a realy nice homemade cake with Daim, rasberry and cream.

And spent some time amongs friends.

oki..so for sake of all sins..

The weekend was truly great..fun and fun ppl.
drinking, eating and no controll of the amount i ate so..

Now this week (just got it confirmed) I will be home..all week..
and guess what?
I have like 4 months of unregular (read less than 3 times/week) training to catch up..

So..today= GYM with Centipede
monday= Combat
tuesday= Pump
wednesday= Combat
thursday= Combat
friday= Pump
sat-sun = no plans yet..prolly raid sunday :)

The week after im going to Copenhagen..for business, again..
maby I should call Mentoro and tell him Im comming..not a to bad idea actually :)

Its the best...
Minimized has been after Sensation one week in Linköping visiting an other WoW person.
They got bored (or they missed me..dont know which..so i go for they missed me ^^ ) and today arrives to Gothenburg.
Tehy gonna crash my place because Khorulaz had some "babysit thingy with GF" only for tonight though so sat-sun they prolly go to his house.

Anyway..Dregarr, Mateus and Paks..oh..Chetara and Kritianna is in Gbg aswell wanted to go drinking in a park..(its illegal in Sweden) but since its raining we will prolly raid there place instead.

This weekend is not going to be to good for my liver..have a stong feeling about it :)
but...WELCOME TO GOTHENBURG PPL!!!!

Its very fun...Ive been talking to ppl through WoW for almoust 3 years now.
Ive after one year met atleast a few.
But the past year has been crazy I have in total med over 10 ppl from the game :)
Loving it.
Sadly..this week Im in Glasgow..and i Know that
Paks is havig two realy nice boys from Denmark, Mateus and Dregarr at his place.
Im sooo hoping i get to leave ASAP from here so i can go to Paks and say hi to them.

Even if they brought like 9 kartons of beer with them..(meaning they will be completely smashed 90% of the time) Im sure hoping that they at somepoint atleast leave the house and visit Gothenburg city..atleast a little^^

This travelling in work is getting on my nervs now..sux.
I WANT TO BE AT HOME!!!!

WAS GREAT FUN!! (just came home)
Going to die on my bed now :P
This year the hotell was NOT in redlightdistrict meaning I could actually get atleast a few hours of sleep in the morning.
Breakfast was for ones eatable.
Spent saturday afternoon when we arrived at looking at the central part of Amsterdam with Minimized and after been riped of by a barowner. (I payed like 4 EUR more than Mini just because i orderd in english..*cry* )
We went to The Amsterdam ArenA and listened to great music.
Im so hoping we can sort tickets for us next year aswell. *hint Mini hint*
