Bah...

Just been at the vets...

when dog is so exited when waiting to get in to the rehab center at the vets so shes whining and howling and cant sit still 5sec. Then I would say that the physiotherapists at the vets have just done their job very well :) Here is some pictures of this mornings visit, the tank has a running machine in it and is normally filled with water..pictures is taken after the water has stated to empty out. Best thing is that Xa is using her paw to stir the water resultign that both me, her daddy and the physiotherapist got all wet <3 What can I say..happy doggeh!

So plate with pancakes and a few days later we got Eric visiting bringing strawberry pie..the pie kinda..uhm..flipped..so Xa is ofc very helpful in cleaning the bag out of....yes..pie :)

Morning Yoga....

Started today with sun greetings and after 1h I came out to meet the sun for real <3
Love my 7am Yoga...I'm thinking of continuing with them all fall aswell.
Good way to start your day :)

Now Ive managed to get some food for my body aswell and at 14,00 Eo has a appointment with Roger my hairdresser :)

Cheryls spine is fixed < 3 thanx Anna

So..the physioterapeft did wonders to her...
the spine is now corrected (with forse) she is to take it easy and have gotten a few exercises to do..so no more combat during her visit here, wich is ofc sad but its better to get her fixed ones and for all.
If she is feeling a bit better in a week or just before they leave she can visit her one more time to check how things are going.
But now atleast we know where the problem comes from and can start doing something about it wich is good.

Thanx Anna to taking care of Cheryl in the best way possible and for being so flexible of getting her in with this short notice. *hugs*

Doubble class with Eo and Cheryl

..they survived..Pump went really good I was actually very impressed with Cheryl's technique. Looked like she had been pumping the past 10 years 3 days a week. At the combat class they looked more tired and had a hard time to manage the choreography but they lasted..the entire hour and I do really think they actually enjoyed it. Cheryl seems to have back pains so we are to meet with a physiotherapist tomorrow to sort the spine..until then...no training for her and after most likely she wont be able to join for combat...*sad* but hopefully she gets to do some exercises at the gym instead together with Centi whiles me and Eo kill of a few Zombies in the combat class :D

NL besök har anlänt

Äntligen har holländarna börjat våga sig hemifrån till Sverige.
About freakkign time they got here:P
Jag har ju flängt till NL i 5 år nu...varje sommar.
Äntligen lite folk som vågar sig hit.
Eodem och hans GF bilade till och med..10h körning +2h sovtid+2h pauser, fika och bensträckare senare landade i 26 gradiga soliga Gbg :)
