My Brother visiting

Ok so no combat today *cryyyy*
due to my knee..I just cant understand why im so freakking clumsy..
anyway..me and Centi went to the gym and guess what.
Anna (the combat instructor) has changed some somgs and picked Centis and my favorite combat song ever Zombie from body combat 36.
We stood outside the door..listening to the music for like 5 mins untill the self torture ended and Centi decided we need to leave that part of the gym or we would both start crying :(

My brother is a doll...he came to take a walk in the city and then joining us home for some company afterwards.
Had a great evening with him and a few friends over some tacos.
Was really nice. :)

Varför emigrerade finnar till Sverige, om det nu är så bra i Finland?
Vi var tvungna att agera, så att vi inte skulle få ett u-land som granne. Tessutom ville vi tela med oss av våra kunskaper om hocki, mopiltelefoner, tesign, arkitektur...

Finnar dricker bara Koskenkorva! Inte para, vi ricker Finlandia, KOFF och Lapin Kulta också.

Finnar kan inte blanda groggar! Jodå! Vegetarian mix: 8 cl Koskenkorva, lägg i en ärta, låt tra i vyra sekunder, ta port ärtan, drick! White Christmas: 12 cl Koskenkorva och fem troppar tippex.

Är bastu och sauna samma sak? Pastu är för svenskar, ett ställe där finnar byter om. Sauna är där finnar pastar.

Oki ppl ask me where I do find all the damn Combat Tracklists..
So i have promised to post my source here ^^
There Is one out there writing a blog just aobut Body Combat and publishing out the tracks before anyone else..
An now htat every Combat class is unik due to were in the end of 38 and 39..eveyrone is doing htere own mixes..
It can be fun to listne to all the old songs..I mean OMG Ive been running theese classes since Combat 22!!!!

Front row Maffia

Its pretty funny..Im running a lot at the gym as most ppl know.

I love it..its so much fun and i truly enjoy it.

Usually Im actually not that talkative at the gym..I want to go there and do my things and go home and I can be in what ever mood I want. (and since Im a damn smiley always that is what I do at the gym)

Anyways..been running on the same gym chain but various locations oif the gym.But with theese Bodycombat classes its the same ppl where ever i go..and the same teamlead LOL

So now we have a group of about 15ppl invading the front row on every single class.

We are booking for eachother and putting waterbottles to occupy locations int eh classroom.

Shortly we have become the frontrow maffia..Im sure all the newcommers hates us..

were loud and proud and yell a lot :P

Though the instructors love us..since for ones its not quet classes where u get zero responce..here you have 15ppl screaming in your face will looking like they gonna kill there mirror image.

Though i have gotten a lot of new "friends" and thats fun..not htat we hang on our private time..yet ^^

But its good to feel the support and if you slack..youll get it in your face next time you come, wich is very motivatin I beliave..not that I slack..I mean helooo :P

8 classes booked for me this week...and so my combat classes ends with..cu tomorrow..even to the instructors :)

yeah I know..its insane..ly fun *cheer* (and no its not us above..its some other mafia team :P)

Ost och Vinkväll

Fredag..efter en jobbig arbetsvecka..vad passar bättre än mer rödvin än kroppen tål?
JAg röstar på det iaf..så idag skall vi till E och testa nya röda viner och ännu mer ost.

Dock är jag lite för hooked på träningen..förutoma tt jag är lat givetvis..har fixat bil tills idag och imorgon..
blir dricka måttliga mängder för at tkunna köra hem imorgon..dvs..hem till gymmet.
Kan ju ALDRIG missa en lördagsCombat utan enorma orsaker..att vara bakis är inte en orsak stor nog.
Träningskläderna är nedpackade med vinprovar kläder och imorgon 11,00 bär det av mot Gbg centrum för ännu ett härligt pass av..yes..COMBAT :)
Berättar mer om kvällen imorgon..ha en skön fredag och glöm inte alla hjärtans dag imorgon..även killar vill ha blommor^^

Nya prover

upp kl 06 för att ta mina piller..och ingen frulle vid 08,30 utan läkarbesök..eller ja..provtagning iaf. Bokade tid hos läkaren
2 provrör denna gång..och jag som avbokade lunch Pump för jag tänkte att jag inte pallar ett dubbelpass.
Förra gången höll jag ju på och tuppade av efter 5 gigantiska provrör även om jag tränade 10h senare :/ Tror Centi har rätt..brist på blod på den här modellen -" 1l som pumpas runt sakta som fan ett under du står upp" ^^
Men bara 2 små provrör så jag har svårt o tro att passet i eftermiddag blir jobbigt.

Oslo here I come

And im on the train..on my way to Oslo again..
Working from 05,00AM untill..yeah prolly around 20,00 PM tonight..the long hours makes my slaary go Wild..and since I do nothing but work and sleep during my travels It doenst bother me much..though theese early mornings bothers me..
even if I have the best breakfast in the world.
A huge ham sandwich with lettese, a huge cup of green tea Passion and a bottle of fresh orange juice..mmm mmm mm

BodyCombat 39!!!!

The new BodyCombat is now tested out and OMG! its actually one of the best so far to be honest..
Love the music...the MuiThai is totally crazy.
This actually is a very combo heavy class and it takes a few times untill u get a hang of it but..now Ive done it 3 times and yeah..what can one say..
Best it the varm up song..its says everything..the theme om combat 39 is

Next week back to Oslo

Even though Shell has a travel cost cut down period at the moment.
Marine needs me badly in Oslo to attend to like 5 different f2f meetings..so what does one do..
I asked my boss and 5 sec later i had booked hotel and train tickets over.
I actually feel its goign to be a bit fun to travel there again..
Well ofc the ppl are just woinderful..but its also fun to meet the people your working with.
Usually Ihave the prevelegium to be working from home mostly and due to my sleeping attacks its been great to be so flexible in the working hours.
But sometimes its really good and enjoyable to leave the house aswell.
This time I will be linving at SAS Radisson Scandinavia..gonna be great fun since they have both gym..pool and..a great breakfast..I will eat like a horse. :)

Gaia has a new flightform

It has taken time...yes..some would say enormous amounts of time..:S

But now,...finally..I managed to grind togethter the gold needed for my flightform..

so away goes the boring old crowform and welcome the purple little rasta birdie with juwelry ^^

Im so happy!!!!

Now I cna grind my flowers ingame and actually not be run over by all other droods that pics my damn herbs just beneath my nose..grrrrr

Now after this its to grind together 5k more gold so Centi gets his birdie aswell..

I dont think I ever want to do a daily after this :/

but...I have such a nice birdie :D
