Road trip from hell

so..we borrowed a car..everything went fine..except its a huge jeep so I felt a bit unsecure driving the damn thing..it was all "mushy" the car that is...it went from right to the left all the time..:S
100Km from Gothenburg our tyre went flat...one of those huge explosions u know.
so what happened..noone knows but we had a big hole in the tyre :(

Centi, Springgrass and Vinteris out into the cold..to ofc fix the problem
Me and Xa sat in the car and refused to go out to stand there and freeze :P
Anyway..almoust 1,5h later the tyre was swopped to a new spare tyre . (oki oki..we almoust knew what to do but the car was "new" to us, and the damn jack was to "short" so we had to dig out all kind of papers trying to get the damn car jacked up high enough..pl kill me!!!

My cellphone assisted as a flashlight and we manged finally to get on the road again but..instead of being at the summer house at 20,00 we actually ended up arriving at 22,30.
please pitty us..
the windows of the damn car froze on the inside..it was foggy like hell..it was freaking freezing,
yeah well u get the feeling right?
when we arrived we ate some hot dogs (starving doesnt even cover half of what we were) and then we died on our beds to ZZzzzz...
Worst road trip ever...at least it was fun ppl in the car..could have been worse..but still.

Trip to sommer house in mid Sweden

So..all is packed, food, friends, clothes, dog, my self..and of we go.
Driving up today the boring 380Km to the summmerhouse.
Going to be a calm, relaxed weekend with loved ones.
just what I need.
Sadly Im assigned to be working new years eve but only to be on call if anything terrible happends.
(which chould not happend)
so even my laptop is packed :)

I just managed to train before were off so today was a bit stressfull..but its worth it for the relaxation it gives.
I start driving ½ way and then Centi takes over.
Road trip...a 4h long one :P
To celebrate New Year 2010..
Xa is going to go nuts..its like -20 degrees and 1m snow up there..gonna be a blast

BEST freakking movie Ive seen in a looooooong loooong time.
We saw it as a normal movie but When Springgrass gets here after New year were so going backto the cinema and watch it in 3D.
AWESOME..recomend it to everyone..young as old...

Trip to Morocco booked and payed

..ok yes..I got tired of Sweden..and yes we took for ones a easy trip out of boredom :P
leaving 11/3 back the thursday after.
its a all Inclusive hotel with SPA and GYM so our plan is..eat as much as possible train as much as the body can handle and one days trip to Marrakech.
guess who is going to buy a new guidebook tomorrow?
And guess who needs a pair of cyclop and fens now?
Resort is in Agadir and hotel name: Riu Tikida Dunas
..now I only need to learn how to speak arabic and buy a nice scarf to put over my head so nobody gets affended by my appereance..(they will ofc the same sec i open my mouth but then I atleast look nice and sweet...right? ^^ )
One week of sun, snorcling and training..just what we need!

ok..yes I bought the damn trip on impulse but still..I wanted to go to Africa..and this is a good start...right? :P

Herreguud..2v av resor och förskylning och minimalt med konditions träning och pump..(läs: inget) bar amassa gym..
och vad gör man..jo man tar en tisdag ochkör Pump med samma vikter som alltid och sen kör man ett galet combat pass på eftermiddagen..äter fisk med potatis och fisksås till lunch och så sitter jag här idag och undrar varför jag itne kan sätt amig på toaletten utan stöd?
Fantastikt vad man är duktig på självplågeri, synd bara att det payar dåligt..:P
Så saker är som dom skall vara igen mao ^^

My contract with Shell prolonged

So now I know Im going to have this job atleast untill end of june next year, wich is good..very good.
My team is very happy...I mean they had to choose having me or someone else as there teamlead and if there would have been an interna vote I would get 100% of the votes..
Wich makes me love the ppl I work with even more.
The team has become more self working, they ask for help rather than struggle ont here own and we have good communication between all of our now three countries that is included.
The tone in teh emails in the team makes me all warm inside, pleople are helping, advicing and supporting eachother..just like any other well working team.
Sweden is not doing to good..read on the intranet and in todays paper its stated that Shell is going to try selling Swedish Shell.
So It will be interesting to c how it goes from here....I will keep u all posted ofc ^^

Lussefika

Guud vad jag o Vinteris bakade i lördags eftermiddag..lussekatter
I dag på eftermiddagen bakade jag julstjärnor (joulutorttuja) och blev kalr bara en timme innan alla kom :)
Så mycket chokladaskar som vi hade i år har vi nog aldrig haft..Centi är lyckligare än på länge:P
Ananrs kom gamla grannen *gilla* och en gammal arbetskamrat från Banverket Projektering med sin man, var ett tag sedan vi sågs så jag kände att nästan hela min kväll gick ut på att diskutera massa saker för at tkomam ikapp med våraliv..som alltid är alla dessa folken helt underbart trevliga.
Vidare kom Bumbi med sin nya kille och det undersöktes nogrannt ner till halsmandlarna om han verkligen dög för fåran kompis :P
Bumbi..han blev godkänd men han är lite "tam" du får inte gå för hårt på honom och varning för att bli uttråkad efter ett tag då du inte fårnågra konstruktiva gräl där du får riktigt riva av dig ;) Annars en väldigt trevlig pojke..indeed.

kl 22 hade alla lämnat oss och kvällen tillbringades med Lie To Me..3 avsnitt inann vi båda dog på sängen..huh..jobbigt med lussefika..imorgon är det jobb igen

Trollflöjten

Igår var jag och Centi på operan.

Vi såg Opera..Trollflöjten...

Den var verkligen välgjord och jag förvånades över hur likt musikal det var...

det var som en musikal fast de ylade istället för att sjunga^^

Vackra stämmor och mycket gåshud senare...tror allt de3tt akomemr händ aoftare..nästa Opera event är i februari då vi skall se Guyes and Dolls :)

Ser jag fram emot.

Xmas Party

The two girls from London have pretty much taken all my time since 8aM this morning..time is now 14.00 adn I still ahvent done ½ of what I was supposed to :(

Tonights party starts at a friends place
after that one colligues wife drove us to the restaurant.
And guess what..?
A NORMAL 3 cours dinner? no "Julebord" so I didnt get horrible fatty xmas food but a wonderfull filé and some sorbet and chokolatecake for dessert.

Was a fun party :) but I clearly saw the different sides of people.
apperently the team that is handeling trucks in the same we do vessels (filled with girls int here 20ths looking like something brought in form the street :/
Its true..I have never so short skirts and so much boobs in my life....sitting on the sme person.
anyway..somehow everyone knew who I was and I had no clue who theese 19 yea rold girls where..feelt kinda stupid :/
Well I havent been up on the 3rd floor at the termianl to many times so Its really not my fault.
But it makes one think what ppl told them about me.
Since everyone was like..HI! and then they movedon..well except for they guys..
I have never been on a xmas party and been hit by so many guys in one evening?!?!

I dougt it had anything to do woth my charming appereance nor my clothes (I had a black long sleeved polo) so there is two options..they were SOO drunk they thought I was a naked black women or they tryed to make an impression of some kind.
Really nice ppl but...I love the pplin my team better ;)

Anyway..after party went to a disco..I went along but one in the gang going our from Ireland wasnt let in due to he was "to drunk" and he wasnt really..its just that he is Irish andthey talk and sound liek they are drunk..spec when he was trying to speak norwegian with that accent..ahahha
Anyway I saw the clock and realized my trian leaves 9am..6h from tehn..so I took the decission of going home..and I got company..to the taxi station..to the next taxi station to the next taxi...to my hotell where he stood inthe poring rain waiting for a taxi..
DAMN..felt like entire Olso was waiting for cabs..seriously..every line we passed had like 40 ppl in them..crazy!

I came to my hotell..took a shower..and fell asleep..drunk as a sheep :P

Visitors to Oslo

I have had two ladies from England in Oslo just fo rme (gotta mean something)
to go through our financial controls in my team.
Its a yearly event but I had like no planning for this..so guess who is sitting and doing job things up to 11PM again :(
Good thing was that I took a 20min run at the gym yesterday atleast..so some training..feelt strange actually..so I beliave I might have a little cold bug tryign to get me sick :/

But not tonight.... Im off to one girl in my team to make some dinner at her place and just drink some wine and enjoy life :) we try doing htis everytime Im over..last time we tryed on her new barbeque and had a nice sallad (That she went crazy on^^) to the grilled salmon.
This time we will c...

And they were right..its raining in Oslo..came some snow this morning but it melted away :(

Oslo

Oslo all week..working and on friday evening its Xmas party time.
Its nice seeing my team sitting at Sjursöya again..long time no c.
Havent been much travels to Norway during november so Im actually looking forward to this trip.
Booked the hotell andpacked training clothes..plan is not to work day and night but actually get some private time aswellhavent happened ever yet while visiting Oslo so we will just have to wait and c if I get it this time :P

Im hoping for snow but rumors tells me its raining over there :(
