Gaia turns 33

yeah..and we forgot all about it :/
The weekend we spent at Globen..training our bodies to death..
Best Combat class ever followed by Grit from hell and then when I was about to faint it was time for CX.
I had to jump the Balance class otherwise I wouldn't get anything to eat which sucked..anyways after lunch we run all over Annexet to the Pump class and stood in the very middle middle of the room.
The energy was magic and I was so filled with endorphins (Or Celsius, you pick) when heading.

Had my house filled with happy people all at the event and earlier that week we had like 4 more people due to the Lady Gaga concert.

There is some good sides to live in Stockholm noways..and that is that my friends has a place to crash at when they visit the Swedish capital. ofc it is not a bad thing we live walking distance from the globe where all the party is^^

anyways after super Saturday ..day..the evening came and the after party started at ambassadeur.
So much pretty people..so many beautiful girls and good looking abs..uhm..men^^
We chatted for a few hours but when doors opened to the public we hit back home. Leaving the place we walk pass the 40 min long que to the place.
I look at the girls in the loong loooong line and think..
"If you would know that in there you have the entire training population of the Nordics, bodies like gods...would you still think its worth standing in this line for 40 mins?"

and you can just imagine the guys faces when they realize that every damn girl in that place has a body to die for..hahaha

Stockholm Marathon

My belowed friend Sofia came up to Stockholm to run her first marathon this year. Her goal is to run the NY Marathon in 2012 if I dont recall wrong.
She runs in an Angel costume in her role as "Superheroes against Cancer".
This means that when we came to the Stadion where the start (And Finnish) line was, our little Angel with fluffy wings just ran arround givign out posters to people.
So we lost her in the crowd...
but ofc we found great spots to look the start from when she ran her 42km so we saw her in the start of the race and hten I hooked up with her every 10km to check so everythign was ok and that she didnt need anythng.
Yes...it was seriously raining like crazy, it was cold as hell and worst of all..we did not run we walked arround the city for 4 fucking hours.
For our little angel it went really nicely..4h 10mins and she had completed her marathon..what an achievement. I seriuosly was about to start crying when she ran through the gates toward the finnishline. My little angel.

Saturday Eurovision party

Well Im not usually the type of girl that is lookign at Eurovision.
BUT I have friends who does..and the Swedish Eurovision fever is kinda funny.
For all of you not living in Sweden I can tell you this much.

Most bars and restaurants in the city of Gothenburg shows the shit.

My firends booked a table for us and we eat a 3 course dinner drinking wine /beer etc whilest watching the Eurovision song contest on a huge projector.

Its so funny its almoust pathethic, after wards ppl go out for some more party so its just a "warmup" and the winning damn melody is payed everywhere.

Well since Desposa (my friend visiting) had made other plans for the evening we had one chair over to put our feet up on and Me and Centi walked home after the Dinner..the rest just continued out.

Was a nice evening but I didnt get to c Desposa for more than 45 mins wich is very dissapointing since I was so happy and looking forward to meeting him.
And not much sayen in 45 mins when having 10 more ppl in the same bar.

I know..stupid of me to get my hopes up, atleast I got to give him a few hugs.
Now..Off to bed :)

Queens day at Museumplein Amsterdam

So we woke up at 10 am.
Pretty fresh actually.

Ate breakfast and started texting some ppl that might come to join us to Amsterdam and museumplein. The lineup of the day event was just to good to be true...

This is a filming from stage..we were pretty close to the stage actually.
but standing in direct sunligth from 1 until 8PM is kinda hard..so we tryed to find somewhere to sit.
For all of u never been here I can tell you that Amsterdam is usually not a very crowded place..I mean yes there lives a lot of ppl there but its still not like u feel sqeezed into the ppl.
This was not the way it was this day.
We went to a big park located just beside the party area..its a huge park like 45 hectars big.
and yet still we hade troubble finda spot to sit in the shade even.
crazy times though :)

In the end it was just me and Centi that ended up in Amsterdam but we had a great day and guess what..we got to hear the damn HELLO song again..and again..and again.
Its burned into our brainz by now!

shop a suite for my brother for his graduation.
Then sat in the sun eating strawberries
And after that..sun went down and it was time to go to look at the Muya Thai Arena here in Gothenburg.

Here is the results. We got to c two ppl bleeding from there nose and one fractured elbow ^^ No knock outs but the elbow was a technical knockout so its almost as good!

Shorinji Kempo

Ja jag vet..jag har pratat om detta med kampsport och mig..jag är lite kass på att ta mig till nya saker..men efter ihärdiga diskussioner och googlande här hemma beslöt vi solidariskt (faktiskt^^) att prova på Shorinji Kempo. på hemsidan står det så fint: Budoart med inriktning självförsvar Jag vill inte ha nån "krama och kräla" kampsport och jag vill inte ha 50 vapen som alla kräver eget bälte och namn typ :P
Utan nått snabbt effektivt och som jag inte behöver tävla i om jag inte vill... så detta passade perfa..bästa var att resvägen hemifrån var under 30 minuter..träningen 2ggr i veckan..2h åt gången..o det blev här som det slutade på typ.. :S

Vi provtränade i onsdags..ja..vi var där..så nu vet jag hur jag kan få en stor pojke att kräla för mina fötter..nästan frivilligt:P jaja..handledslåsning..men det msåte väl räknas som NÄSTAN frivilligt...right?
Iaf..skitkul..mycket mindre meditation och lullande på Japanska än vad jag trodde (japaner är ritualiseter och detta var typ 5 minuter japanska mest " HAI!, HAI!" inga bugningar..hör o häpna.

Genuint svinkul..lärde oss lite blockeringar..lite låsningar o tränade på 2 olika sortens sparkar. Folket på klubben..FANTASTISKA! Vi blev bemötta som vänner från sekunden vi klev in tills vi lämnade dojon. Om någon kampsport är värd o prova så passar detta nog de flesta. Träningen var lågintensiv vilket gjorde att man lätt klarade 2h..problemet är..när vi kom ut efter 2h träning så kände man sig lika genomtränad som efter gymmet..vi var knappt svettiga. Vilket gjorde att både jag och Centi kände att vi lätt kunde kört 4h till av samma träning.

Därav vår skeptism..skall vi köra Kempo är det som direkt ersättning för alla de timmar av Combat jag gör på gymmet..för att faktiskt utveckla teknik lite mer..men som det känns nu så kommer det inte ge mig samma cardio träning som Combat vilket innebär att Kempon blir som tillägg på mitt redan befintliga träningschema av 8-12h/vecka. Ja, ni hör ju själva..det skulle innebära att jag skulel träna i snitt mellan 12-16h/vecka.
Det är ju sjukt..då kan jag säga adjö till studier och fritid med vänner..och det är jag inte så sugen på att släppa faktiskt. Så det blev tyvärr ett nej tack vi vill inte köra Kempo..inte för att det inte var vansinnigt roligt med skitroligt folk utan..för det blir för många timmar av träning och detta kan inte ersätta något annat jag gör (Gym, Combat, Pump).
Tråkigt men sant...dock är jag väldigt sugen på att gå dit på måndag igen..för man fick ju gratisträna 2 ggr innan man var tvungen o bestämma sig...för träningen..var ju faktiskt skitkul.
Får ni chansen..provträna! och kanske fastnar ni ännu mer än mig och finner tom tiden i vardagen för att satsa på detsåsom Kempon förtjänar att utövas.

Trip to sommer house in mid Sweden

So..all is packed, food, friends, clothes, dog, my self..and of we go.
Driving up today the boring 380Km to the summmerhouse.
Going to be a calm, relaxed weekend with loved ones.
just what I need.
Sadly Im assigned to be working new years eve but only to be on call if anything terrible happends.
(which chould not happend)
so even my laptop is packed :)

I just managed to train before were off so today was a bit stressfull..but its worth it for the relaxation it gives.
I start driving ½ way and then Centi takes over.
Road trip...a 4h long one :P
To celebrate New Year 2010..
Xa is going to go nuts..its like -20 degrees and 1m snow up there..gonna be a blast

BEST freakking movie Ive seen in a looooooong loooong time.
We saw it as a normal movie but When Springgrass gets here after New year were so going backto the cinema and watch it in 3D.
AWESOME..recomend it to everyone..young as old...
I expected a lot and got even more^^

Trollflöjten

Igår var jag och Centi på operan.

Vi såg Opera..Trollflöjten...

Den var verkligen välgjord och jag förvånades över hur likt musikal det var...

det var som en musikal fast de ylade istället för att sjunga^^

Vackra stämmor och mycket gåshud senare...tror allt de3tt akomemr händ aoftare..nästa Opera event är i februari då vi skall se Guyes and Dolls :)

Ser jag fram emot.

My body is dead

Due to tuesdays 3h training Im dead today.

But ofc I cant miss out on Julias Pump class so Ive gotta be there..there was supposed to be 3 more ppl I know on that calss but suddenly..strangely I was alone.

Nobody else managed to drag there body out of bed.:(

Well It was pretty close I took painkillers to manage the damn aches but..it usually gets a bit better when training so...

Pump went great, when I came out from my pump class I had Iskristall sitting in the lobby.

She wanted some company and since the week had been pretty ok workwise (bisy but not hysterical) I thought I could take a few h off..menaing me not sitting in meetings but still answering phone and emails ofc:P

Iskristall was not to healthy:P shes back on pencillin..poor her. getting one thing after an other.

Im so happy I have so far managed to avoid getting sick at all since last spring and our terrible flu after the Japan trip.

Btw..regarding travels..me and Centi have bught a guidebook over Paris. Im gathering free nights at SAS Radisson Blu (have 2,5 so far) so when its spring were takign the trip and walking the street of PAris a longweekend..just the two of us.

Im very much looking forward to that ...a vacation well needed :)

"The Girlfriend Experience" and then time for "Terra"

Guess what Ive been doing all saturday?

watching movies^^

First ofc Combat class..(Its a must...first fix is free huh?) in the morning.

Then some shopping..Centi got a new game "Flaspoint-Dragon rising" and I got a night facialcream that costed a furtune..hopeing it will give me my smooth skin back (so very "girly" of me huh? )

After that went home and made some chicken Wok..and fullgrainrise. 200g of finnish chocolate and two movies later both me and Centi was exhausted and went to bed. Good day..no stress..no "musts" and good movies.

TGE was a drama..an pretty interesting one actually..(centi wasnt to exited though)

Terra is animated film..very cute..about a friendly planet somewhere far away and the crazy "about to die" humans wants to take over there planet...its cute..made one think.

Animated movies is usually very good and It felt that here they had a bit of budget aswell. so Terra I can recomend to all. TGE is special..and requeres a open mind..as Centi says: It descibes a state..there is no action but a story.

a story worth teling if you ask me :)

Cinnamon buns

You ppl know its cinnamonbun day today?

Yep..it is..at 12 noon today Iasked centi what was the plan for the day.

BAKING!!!

Ok so to the supermarket (after watching 5 episodes of Numb3rs) to purchage everything.

Jennifer came to help me :) Great fun..

In the evening Marre came down (she is my neighbour nowdays so takes her 3 mins to come visiting) and then Callisto poped in aswell :)

I ate 3 cinnamonbuns..ppl, the ones containing apple was the best!!

no matter what you say Callisto :P

Imanaged to drink 3 cups of tea (and that ppl is an effort when everycup is like 0,4L) and now Im stuffed.

I beliave Ive baked cinnamon buns 3 times for the past 10 months. I should do It more often :P

Everyone was out from our appartment at 21 already...thank you for that :)

This way me and Centi got the entire evening to ourselves..watching more numb3rs^^

(yes were a bit addicted actually..season 5 now..not much left :( )

At this point it feels like watching series is my way of relaxing... a few years back I had WoW as my channel for that..I still play but mostly doing dailies and chatting to ppl online.

Now its soon 12 a clock so were of to bed..tomorrow Im flying to Finland (work) on tuesday Im flying from Finland to Norway (more work) going to go out with my team all evening and then have a conference for 30 ppl. and Yes..Im having it..Im the host, the presenter, the planner, the fixer of the meeting. And yes Im nervous as hell..have ppl pretty high up in the heararky comming to listen so...If I die it was because my body collapsed due to it stopped producing stresshormones.

Dubbelpass och Numb3rs

Ja tränade som vanligt..gym på förmiddagen och combat på kvällen..hoppasde på Combat release men upptäckte till min förvåning att det visst är imorgon så fick sista mixen för denna gången med Marcus. Konstigt hur mixarna alltid tycks vara jobbigare än själva koreografin..
Kan givetvis bero på att alla instruktörer väljer alltid all times shittiest, hardest låtarna ur hela LesMills all times liksom. Men det är ju så roligt :P

Lagade lite Wok till middag och till lunch åt vi resterna fårn gårdagens bjudning..nu är jag fan trött på paj kan jag säga..av alla desslag!

Kvällen tillbringades med FÖR MÅNGA koppar te och numbers..no complains :)

Movies- Flickan som lekte med elden

Morning stated with trying to figure out what was eatable in the fridge..it was pretty empty.

Anyway..after that we went to Delsjön and Xa got to swim a bit. took about 50 mins in total..the walk is great exercise since the terrain is pretty rough out there :)
Its funny how all ppl walking around looks, points and smiles at her in the water.

so happy doggeh it was.

After that we went to ICA Focus (its a huge supermarket) I had a longlist of strange things i needed for tomorrows tupperware party. (and I still dotn know how many is comming..fun huh? :S

Anyway 160 EUR poorer and a shit load of food richer we went home..unpacked..fixed some dinner and then e went to the city central to watch "Flickan som lekte med elden" at the cinema.

this is the Milennium series and book(movie) 2. One needs to have watched/read book/film 1 before(eng title: The girl with the dragon tattoo)..otherwise you dont understand this at all.

Anyway..great movie..will be very interesting to c the follow ups aswell.. lookign forward to it.

The rest ot eh evening me and Centi spent by watching numb3rs season 3 and drank a lot of peppermint tea. Think we are both catching a cold. Hate being sick.

Saturday -Ponyo

Saturday started with oatmeal for breakfast and 1 egg..(starts to feel like a boring routine)

anyway after that I went to the gym..was supposed to have Combat but suddenly when standing there I started to question if Iman (one of our instrucktors) suddenly went from box to combat..

He hadnt..just like 1min before we started he announced that this was not a combat class but box..

It took me a few sec to realize i was not to shadow box for 60 mins but I actually was supposed to hit something.

Good thing I had Erika as the only part of the front row maffia in the same class so we hooked up and fought togehter..or against eachother..u get the point.

anyway..it was a fun class. my abs got what they deserved but otherwise it wasnt the old " I c stars above my head every 5 mins" experience as Pedrams box classes..so I actually could breath without help all class:P

After training me and Centi hit the stores and bought 2 pairs of jeans (one for me and one for him)

Centi has not yet become him self after paying for the shopping spree :P

After that we went to a movie 15,30 in the middle of the day ..we saw Ponyo.

It was a happy Anime film..same creator as House moving castle and spirited away.

Though Ponyo was a childrens movie it had a morale like all the above mensioned movies.

This was the most "childish" I have seen this producer do but Ponyo was good and to watch it ont eh movie is only to support SF to take in more of japanese anime to sweden.

This one was a happy film, you left the cinema...smiling :)

Public Enemies- Cinema

Was really good actually. :)

Only thing I was a bit upset for was that It didnt say anywhere that he gave all of his money to the people adn didnt keep them him self.

So the entire Robin Hood story behind the character was kinda missed..he appered to be just "any bankrobber" wich is sad.

Other than that..good movie..and very worth looking in the darkness of the cinema with 400 other people cheewing popcorn and making diskusting sounds smells ^^

Centi was..aaww..swedish movies aint good.

"But its better to tag along and enjoy the company than sit at home and rut away"...guess how his face looked when he discovered the movie was actually very good. ^^

Best part is...its filmed here in Gothenburg centrum so everytime they talk about street names or/and buildings..you know all the time where they are located..on what street and in what house..its the best.

and the movie..was really good! :D
