Sorry for poor updating...

But Ive been working OK?!?!?

Meaning I'm not home, and I Do not have time to write more than really short stuff in Word and then save them as drafts until I manage to get my hands on the pictures.

Ive been traveling nonstop for the past 5 weeks..
This will be my first 7 days in a row at home..And I intend to enjoy it.

Started yesterday with some wine and Cheese for ppl I haven't met in months.
Was just great..exactly what I needed to be honest.

Today its going to be training, raid and good food and just me and Centi together.
Going to be fantastic...maby go to the cinema someday this week..I'm rather interested in the movie "The Adjustment Bureau".
My brother saw it the past week and recommends it..he said its a bit to much romance for him int he movie but apparently it is worth seen on cinema.
Thats enough for me..so think I'm gonna book it ^^

In Linköping..helping Dint to Move

So straight from Kalmar to Linköping. Dint has gotten this really nice top floor appartment (rental) and we helped hin through sun raind and night to move the stuff and get him and Centi real drunk ^^ Appartment is really nice and suites Dint very well except for one thing..where the hell is a wall that you can hang your motion-picture screen? its like...huge:P

Idioten har 3D brillor på sig...*dööör av garv* kl.11 på morgonen..siktat på bussen på g till gymmet...vilken stjärna liksom.
Var tom tvungen att visa upp bilderna jag tog till receptionisterna på gymmet..helt osant vilket pucko..hahahah

Weekend just flew by..

came home sat..dead like always..died on my bed actually already at 22.30 And slept like a baby until what..noon today or something *blush* yeah I'm mentally dead atm. To much info i to few hours. Anyway..today I managed to do a double class at gym aswell.. First Combat and then S-core (30 min sit-ups pretty much) and now... now my body is dead aswell..fits a bit better with the brain atm :P

So plan for tonight was..look at an old movie from 1983 "Curse of the Pink Panter" And eat as much garbage as I can fit into my stomach :P
Together with huge amounts of blueberry tea from Friggs (pic).
Ive drank the tea ages ago and then a few days back i found it on the tea shelf's in the local store..so I just had to buy it again..Im pretty tired with all the green tea Ive been drinking the past 4 years now:P so back to drinking rooibos from time to time huh :P well green tea is healthy but Rooibos is without any caffeine so in one way its just as healthy..except ofc the lack of antioxidants that you find in green tea...anyway. try it..taskes great..and Im so gonna bake a blueberry pie tomorrow..^^ Centis gonna love me even more:P

BEST freakking movie Ive seen in a looooooong loooong time.
We saw it as a normal movie but When Springgrass gets here after New year were so going backto the cinema and watch it in 3D.
AWESOME..recomend it to everyone..young as old...
I expected a lot and got even more^^

"The Girlfriend Experience" and then time for "Terra"

Guess what Ive been doing all saturday?

watching movies^^

First ofc Combat class..(Its a must...first fix is free huh?) in the morning.

Then some shopping..Centi got a new game "Flaspoint-Dragon rising" and I got a night facialcream that costed a furtune..hopeing it will give me my smooth skin back (so very "girly" of me huh? )

After that went home and made some chicken Wok..and fullgrainrise. 200g of finnish chocolate and two movies later both me and Centi was exhausted and went to bed. Good day..no stress..no "musts" and good movies.

TGE was a drama..an pretty interesting one actually..(centi wasnt to exited though)

Terra is animated film..very cute..about a friendly planet somewhere far away and the crazy "about to die" humans wants to take over there planet...its cute..made one think.

Animated movies is usually very good and It felt that here they had a bit of budget aswell. so Terra I can recomend to all. TGE is special..and requeres a open mind..as Centi says: It descibes a state..there is no action but a story.

a story worth teling if you ask me :)

Combat- Thai and Shopping^^

thats my saturday pretty much..

went to combat class..I tryed to challange my self a bit more this time so hopefully I will feel it tomorrow. After that I went to the crosstrainer (orbitrec) and stood there for 20 mins..sweatting like a pig..(Anna told me that to train with low cardio after training hig cardio for min 1h is good for fatburn) so that is what i did..those things are scary..when you climb of after 20 mins..legs are like spagetthi and when walking it stil feels like your on the damn crosstrainer..scary stuff.

After training we eate thai..(its a saturday tradition if noone is on diet ofc)

and then it was time for winter jacket hunting for Centi...we went around and around.

Parkas didnt look good..90% of the jackets were like a tent below waist and sat nicely on the upperparts of the body. Anyway we ended up at a sportstore that sells the Swedish brand Haglöfs.

Those have REALLY good looking jacket..try googeling some pics..

Problem was..they make sportjackets for ppl that doesnt spend 8h/week lifting weights..so Centi ended up with a jacket made in USA, brand: Marmot.(pic above)

So after hours of sweatty testing of different jackets he finally found one that was ok all around his body. Im so happy for my Salomon..I will keep it untill it is down to peaces..its so damn hard to find winterjackets that is "made for ones figure" besides..mine is looking sooo goood:P

In the evening Callisto came over..used our laundry room and we watched a movie: The Proposal.

I laughed my ass of..

Movies- Flickan som lekte med elden

Morning stated with trying to figure out what was eatable in the fridge..it was pretty empty.

Anyway..after that we went to Delsjön and Xa got to swim a bit. took about 50 mins in total..the walk is great exercise since the terrain is pretty rough out there :)
Its funny how all ppl walking around looks, points and smiles at her in the water.

so happy doggeh it was.

After that we went to ICA Focus (its a huge supermarket) I had a longlist of strange things i needed for tomorrows tupperware party. (and I still dotn know how many is comming..fun huh? :S

Anyway 160 EUR poorer and a shit load of food richer we went home..unpacked..fixed some dinner and then e went to the city central to watch "Flickan som lekte med elden" at the cinema.

this is the Milennium series and book(movie) 2. One needs to have watched/read book/film 1 before(eng title: The girl with the dragon tattoo)..otherwise you dont understand this at all.

Anyway..great movie..will be very interesting to c the follow ups aswell.. lookign forward to it.

The rest ot eh evening me and Centi spent by watching numb3rs season 3 and drank a lot of peppermint tea. Think we are both catching a cold. Hate being sick.

Now were going out with the beast ^^ NN all

Saturday -Ponyo

Saturday started with oatmeal for breakfast and 1 egg..(starts to feel like a boring routine)

anyway after that I went to the gym..was supposed to have Combat but suddenly when standing there I started to question if Iman (one of our instrucktors) suddenly went from box to combat..

He hadnt..just like 1min before we started he announced that this was not a combat class but box..

It took me a few sec to realize i was not to shadow box for 60 mins but I actually was supposed to hit something.

Good thing I had Erika as the only part of the front row maffia in the same class so we hooked up and fought togehter..or against eachother..u get the point.

anyway..it was a fun class. my abs got what they deserved but otherwise it wasnt the old " I c stars above my head every 5 mins" experience as Pedrams box classes..so I actually could breath without help all class:P

After training me and Centi hit the stores and bought 2 pairs of jeans (one for me and one for him)

Centi has not yet become him self after paying for the shopping spree :P

After that we went to a movie 15,30 in the middle of the day ..we saw Ponyo.

It was a happy Anime film..same creator as House moving castle and spirited away.

Though Ponyo was a childrens movie it had a morale like all the above mensioned movies.

This was the most "childish" I have seen this producer do but Ponyo was good and to watch it ont eh movie is only to support SF to take in more of japanese anime to sweden.

This one was a happy film, you left the cinema...smiling :)

Public Enemies- Cinema

With Johnny Depp.. and Christian Bale *droowl*

Was really good actually. :)

Only thing I was a bit upset for was that It didnt say anywhere that he gave all of his money to the people adn didnt keep them him self.

So the entire Robin Hood story behind the character was kinda missed..he appered to be just "any bankrobber" wich is sad.

Other than that..good movie..and very worth looking in the darkness of the cinema with 400 other people cheewing popcorn and making diskusting sounds smells ^^

Centi was..aaww..swedish movies aint good.

"But its better to tag along and enjoy the company than sit at home and rut away"...guess how his face looked when he discovered the movie was actually very good. ^^

Best part is...its filmed here in Gothenburg centrum so everytime they talk about street names or/and buildings..you know all the time where they are located..on what street and in what house..its the best.

and the movie..was really good! :D

I mean I thought it was bad..but when the 3D animated super Arnold robot came I started laughing..its was a comedy..a tragic one even.

So not worth spending time at the movies listening to 300 15 year olds go wooooh!
