30degrees and sun..

and I know..I shouldnt complain.

But..when its over 20 degrees 7 am in the morning its not good.

Xa is all tired..she does the nessesary walk to pee and poo but thats about it.

Yesterday evening we went for a night swim (22-23PM) with the dogs..

Fox is here this week also.

It was really nice to take a swim..

But the dogs kept a show for us...Xa has her water toy and Fox wanted it also (ofc) so when Xa swims around with if Fox just grabs it aswell and they are forces do swim side by side.

Xa loves her toys..read HER toys so she just refuses to give them to Fox.

Instead she swims and takes her paw and puts in ontop of fox head and tryes to drown him.

I laughed so bad my stomach hurts today..LOL

For one hour we had comedy nonstop with those two. When we got home both children was very happy and extremly tired of all the "fightiung" in the water so all went to sleep.

Callisto stayed the night..it was a long time ago she did that so we sat out on the balkony a few hours and didnt manage to get to bed untill 2AM.

Im totally exhausted but cant sleep more..to hot in here ^^

GSI - Gruppen för särskilda insatser, Movies..again

Centi was..aaww..swedish movies aint good.

"But its better to tag along and enjoy the company than sit at home and rut away"...guess how his face looked when he discovered the movie was actually very good. ^^

Best part is...its filmed here in Gothenburg centrum so everytime they talk about street names or/and buildings..you know all the time where they are located..on what street and in what house..its the best.

and the movie..was really good! :D

To have a party u need two things...

Our reason was..becuase we want Jaeger and cake.

And fun party it was.

the cake was killed by Callisto, the balkony harrassed by Dr E and mostly Nojas place crowded with good friends and a lot of love.

Me and Centi managed to be home at 04,00 AM...the sun was already up..felt kinda strange to go into bed when its sunny and like 30 degrees outside the window...this was a goood saturday.

The box class was terrible yesterday..every damn hook i made hurt in the backarm.
today im on aches day 3 and its only getting worse.
I would love to have the same on bisep but nooo...strangely the back of the arm is the only place that hurts what I know..
even though i took 100kg in legpress (with free weights no maschine) and 60kg in bench.
noo..but tricep..like I need bigger arms..WTF?! O_o

It hurts so damn much so I cant even go to my Pump class today :(
So It has to be enough with "only" gym today.

Tomorrow Is no training AND..Transformers at the cinema at 21.00 CET :D

But then again Ive been in a teamlead position for approx 2 years.

Its hard to imagine what I would do If I were a CEO.

But in time..I´ll learn that to, so next time I can hopefully answer the questions in a better way.

This was very interesting and learnfull, but sadly it didnt give me a contract.

Im a bit dissapointed at my self, but Ill get over it.

First day of Centis schem..

and today my body hurts :(

But 60kg in bench, 100kg in legpress (free weights) and 20kg french bench (trisep).

Pretty strong for a girl only doing classes huh? (and that hasnt been training for over one week due to flu)

Today is only combat..thank god!

The only combat class I get this week..kinda sux but next week I have atleast 2 classes so I think Ill survive..even though Im sure my body is going to be a wrech on friday.

The things one is ready to do just to get some result.

..my washing mashine is installed..now its 3 days nonstop washing..Ill put pretty much anything into it :P
Xa also has 2 weeks of company..Etna and Fox has moved in for a while..thisway both children gets company while the adults work, train and do other adult stuff ^^

shopping training clothes in Linköping

I have now purchased training clothes for over 1500 SEC (approx 150EUR)

• 3 pair of pants (various length/colour)
• 1 training top Nike (Black/white)
• Sport bra (Black and one white)

That damn kid..whne I c him I will strangle him and make him eat the damn reciept..or I drag his sorry ass home and feed his parents with it.
Damn imigrants..that kid doesnt even had the spine just saying

WHAT IDIOT SENDS HIS/HER KID DOWN TO DO THE LAUNDRY spec when the kid dont know anything about anything?!?!
Oki long story short..
I wan is the public landry room only 2 ppl has access..me and the other family that has the other who maschines just beside mine.
After first maschine i go back to put the laundry into a dryer and I c that since 4 mins back my trianing clothes (read 40 degrees coloured) is in a 95 degrees wash for WHITE CLOTHES.
The maschine is unstoppable after 3 mins..so I came in 1 min to late..(the other maschine i managed to stop just a few sec before it was locked and washed again with a 30 degree program.
The kid was the only one int he laundry room so i asked what had happened and he was like " I dont know" GAAAHHH!!! i would understan dif one mashine got crazy and started all over but this time it was BOTH of them..and with different programs..and I saw that the kid had same program on his maschine..and he denied...
after 60mins of horror looking at the boiling black water (yes my black clothes was almoust gray afterwards) I had to toss away 1/3 of my laundry..Im sooo gonna go shopping tomorrow.
ALL my trainingclothes is boiled now..fucking kid..I sent him home to pick his parents up and he just run of!!!!! I will kill him next time I c him..he fucking cost me af furtune.

Monday crazy training day

This weeks is just strange...
Due to work I cant join for my regular classes on wednes day and thursday.
Meaning I miss 1 combat on wednesday and one Pump on thursday.
The first isnt really a big problem..I just go to the BOX class in late wednesday evening.
But thursday lunch pump is a gonner.
To bad because i really like the instructor ont hat class..mostly because I like in general male instructors in Pump..They usually does not look frightened when I need help with my weights.
so to compensate for lost thursday Pump I have a doubble class today.
But not my regular doubble classes..pump at lunch and combat in the evening..but combat first and 2h later my pump starts.
This meand I have 2h on me to fill up with energy to manage my old weights for my pump class.
This is going to be a very hard task..I still dont know how to take it easy while training meaning I will die on my bed after the Pump class tonight.
So for dinner today: 1 Gainomax + 1 pkt of cottegecheese with + banana

Monthend and missed combat

Yeah you read right..I missed my combat class yesterday..due to work.
Not only was it Combat release..it was with Pernilla.
I was about to tell Adecco that I cant come due to training but it sayed mandatory in the letter so...
Well atleast we got a sandwich.

The meeting..kinda pissed me of.
It was a information meeting to all adecco consultants that new rules had been decided for our office.
from now on when we dont have a assigment we need to sit att the office between 8am and 12PM.
Our job is to be available if were needed.
I understand hte good part in this..the office personal can if they need a pair of helping hands if there is anything that needs to be done..wich is great BUT
the real reason we need to sit there is idiotic.

Before today, when one did not have a assigment we were at home ready to go to work if we got a phonecall between 7 aM and 16 PM. the call could come anytime. Thats what we get payed for (this time between jobs is fully payed for)
Apperently ppl didnt think they worked so they didnt answer the phone and so Adecco lost job oppostunities due to theese lazy ass ppl that are job frightened.
So now ALL ppl (even us that answers the phone and are ready to go in less than 10 mins need to sit there)
So the entire meeting went on about this is your obligations as emploeed of the company if you fail to comply to the 10 thousand different things everything ends up with that you will first recieve a written reprimand and if you fail again then we will take you in for a meeting regarding it.

I have an better idéa..if you fail to answer your phone more than ones..you wont have your job anymore. I promise you Adecco that you will only have very dedicated ppl that wants and likes there job left...that should sort this problem, for good.
I have during my 9 years in Adecco failed to answer my phone ones..and that was due to it was on silent and I didnt notice so I called back 15 mins later, good thing was they had find an other person to do it and I got a different assigment. ones in 9 years.
According to my boss this is something that happends several times/day for certain ppl.
My question is..why is the entire community done for lazy as idiot ppl?!
